Haiti Road Construction - Here is a photo of the Route de Darbonne in Leogane Haiti being paved with asphalt as the Caravane Changement arrives in Leogane.

President Jovenel Moise says:

We have started to asphalt paving work on the the Route de Darbonne,Leogane, in order to connect the city of Leogane with the rest of the surrounding areas, and also to put a stop to the dust and the mud that the population was living in for so long.
