Belladere, Centre Department, Haiti - Road Construction begins on the New Boulevard Leon Dumarsais Estimé, fulfillment of a promise of President Jovenel Moise made to the population of Belladère .

When complete, this new boulevard will be a tribute to former Haitian President Dumarsais Estime. It will aso greatly facilitate the movement of the population of Belladère.
