"President Moise & other democratically elected leaders have an obligation to put aside differences and find an inclusive solution to benefit the people of #Haiti. The United States stands ready to support. I leave Haiti with the expectation that they will rise to the challenge."

"My engagement with other political and economic stakeholders reinforced the urgent need to support Haiti's state institutions. A fully functioning government must fight corruption, investigate and prosecute human rights abusers, and combat narcotics and human trafficking."
