PHOTO: Look at this photo... Haiti Caravane Changement - President Jovenel Moise sees first hand how bad the roads are. During a recent visit in the Artibonite region some of the vehicles in the motorcade was stuck in the mud.

President Jovenel Moise says:

"We are going to double our efforts to increase work on the roads from 100 kilometers to 200 kilometers."
