Haitian President Jovenel Moise is saddened by death of Monseigneur Guire Poulard on Sunday December 09, 2018.

"I am deeply touched and saddened by the passing of the Archbishop Emeritus of Port-au-Prince, Monseigneur Guire Poulard," President Jovenel Moise said on his Twitter page. "I take this opportunity to offer my heartfelt condolences to the Catholic community of Haiti and the loved ones of the deceased."
