President Jovenel Moise launches new credit program for agricultural cooperatives

On Thursday November 28, 2019, President Jovenel Moise launched the program of financing for 49 agricultural cooperatives of the Artibonite Valley by the National Bank of Haiti (BNC).

This program aims to support and strengthen these agricultural cooperatives in the region. The Government wants to support the development of agricultural enterprises particularly through a credit system that will enable farmers to acquire the tools and equipment they need to be more efficient
