make it easier to tanager property title.

This should be online as a function of the government not the private corrupt notaries.

We share the same island as DR!!
Yet, it is easier to buy and transfer title in DR than it is in Haiti.

I have been chasing two notary public for the past 14 years to get the title that I paid for.

Why would I or any sane person spend or invest more!!!
